RBSD will be releasing students to go home at 1:30 PM today, due to incoming severe weather threat.
Students and staff will be able to get home before the severe weather hits.
The school safe room will be open through the day and evening.
The Rose Bud School District is closely monitoring the weather situation for today. Please know that our number one priority is the safety of your children.
We understand concerns regarding the weather and will excuse student absences if a parent or guardian opts to sign their child out early today.
Those arrangements need to be made at this time. Should a tornado warning be issued and we have to move staff and students to the campus safe room parents will not be allowed to check out students.
Please know that buses could also be delayed this afternoon if storms are happening at the time when buses would normally leave campus. We will not depart campus while under a Tornado Warning.. If this plan changes, we will update again here and through our call system.
